Är du intresserad av att börja paddla kajak,
eller kanske har testat några gånger men vill kunna paddla på ett effektivare och säkrare sätt.
Målet med kursen är att Du ska känna dig säker och trygg i kajaken,
få kunskap om utrustningen och ett ökat intresse för paddling.

Vad ingår i kursen ?
Paddelutrustning & kajaken
Väder & vind
Bära, sjösätta och stiga i- och ur kajaken
Grundläggande paddelteknik
Wet-exit (välta och ta dig ur kajaken). Med en instruktör vid din sida!
Kamraträddning

Kursen är uppbyggd i två delar. De första tre till fyra timmarna håller vi i paddlingsskola.
Resten av dagen har du kajaken till eget förfogande och vi rekommenderar dig att utforska den fina naturen på egen hand.

ENGLISH

Are you interested in kayaking,
or have tested a few times but want to paddle in a more efficient and safe way.
The aim of the course is to make you feel safe and secure in the kayak,
get knowledge of the equipment and an increased interest in kayaking.


What is included in the course?
Launch and climb in and out of the kayak
Basic paddle technology
Wet-exit (roll and get out of the kayak). With an instructor on your side!
Companion Rescue
The course is structured in two parts.
During the first three hours we will go to a paddling school. For the rest of the day you have the kayak at your disposal and we recommend you explore the beautiful nature on your own.

Bring with you to the course. 

Swimwear

Towel

Food (Snacks & lunch) or lunch at Lotta's bakery 

Sun protection  

Waterproof case for mobile if you want to take photos (We sell for SEK 195) 

Shoes with very thin sole or neoprene shoes (wet shoes)
